I have bought and sold 5 properties over the years and had varying experiences with Estate Agents from adequate to very poor. Love Home Estate Agents however are by far and away the very best estate agent I have used, helpful, professional, polite, informative with excellent communication. This is so refreshing and the team at Love Homes have also been very understanding and sensitive to the sale of my late mothers property. We have recently purchased a property through Love Homes (formerly Urban & Rural) and they have been exceptional. All the staff from the very beginning were professional and helpful and offered an excellent service. The Sales Progression Manager, Sharon Humphrey was outstanding. We had a problem in the chain with our buyer which was causing communication issues with the solicitors and other parties. Sharon took it upon herself to manage the situation, contacting everyone to ensure that exchange and completion took place. The team are geniuses, lovely ones at that. Selling our house was a 2-year nightmare due to land deed issues, private road legality etc, as well as rising costs causing 4 buyers to rethink their finances and pull out. But the team rescued the situation every time - taking us from off-market to sold within days not only once but 4 times! They really looked after us; they kept up communication, treated us like a very important client, were always happy to start again after each buyer disappointed us, worked every hour going, and weren't patronising (unlike a different estate agent brand we've experienced). The Flitwick branch's 2 Duncans and Sharon are amazing. Especially Duncan Robb, we'd highly recommend him and we'll be calling on him if we eventually sell again.
Absolutely fantastic service, my house sold for above asking price as soon as it went on sale, the almost ‘open house’ viewings were a brilliant idea, especially if you are busy, then, after selling, they managed to liaise up and down the chain to keep on top of it and keep it moving, in fact were able to do much more in that respect than the solicitor and We had a big chain. Honestly kept me sane. I 100% recommend.
From day 1 due to work commitments, I had to have an early appointment and Duncan Robb came at 8am on a Saturday and showed us the property. Everyone has been very helpful throughout the journey (Adam, Duncan, Sharon) and they all work so much for the client. Every time I speak to Duncan is 7.45am and I cannot think of any other business who answers call 1hr and 15mins before their opening hours.
