Once Stuart Scott took over our complicated sale situation, he went above and beyond to help us move after a very long and frustrating sale process. He did everything he could to help everyone in the chain to progress the exchange whilst constantly having to battle many hurdles along the way.
We had never been through this process of selling a house before as we had only ever lived in our first house for over 37 years. Stuart kept us informed every step of the way, giving us regular updates/details, which we thoroughly appreciated. He was more than happy to answer any of our questions, no matter how trivial they were. It felt like a personal service where he actually cared and supported us.
